GUWAHATI: Assam on Tuesday declared partitioning of those seven-week partial lockdown enforced during the continuing second tide of Covid-19 by Wednesday with decrease from curfew timings by 1 hour at Guwahati and from four hours at eight districts in which the circumstance is relatively better.
From the rest 24 districts, the curfew will last from 1 to 5 am.
All educational institutions will stay closed until June 21.
