Chandigarh: The police failed to arrest or gather suspects to be questioned in the murder of Professor Panjab University (PU), struggling to secure instructions in this case.
On November 4, Seema Goyal (59), Prof B B B was goyal, was found dead with hands and feet tied at his home on campus.
The source said the police had not ruled out the role of people in this case.
SSP Kuldeep Singh Chahal said, “This is a blind murder.
Our team works to collect evidence.
It seems to be the work of people known because there are no signs of forced in the house.” Police said they had searched for the whole house and the forensic team had taken Fingerprint but the evidence is not conclusive enough to tell the killer identity.
