Chandigarh: The leader of the Senior Congress and National Secretary General of the Party of Randeep Singh Surjewala on Wednesday condemned the ‘conspiracy’ to cover the grain market by the Government Haryana, given the payment of RS 258 Crore paid on Paddy and Arhtiyas Rs 250 Crore Purchases paid to Lakh Workers.
