CHANDIGARH: The Haryana government on Sunday Expanded the Constraints below Mahamari Alert-Surakshit Haryana by yet Another week.

This order, issued by Haryana chief secretary Vijay Vardhan, will stay in force by May 24 to May 31 5am. But some relaxations are supplied with immediate impact, such as stand alone stores being permitted to open throughout the day. Punjab currently has lockdown-like limitations from the country till May 31. While limitations on launching of malls carry on, stores, aside from stand alone , are permitted to work from 7 am until noon in 2 types of strange and even — stores with strange numbers on dates and stores together with even numbers on dates. Liquor vends, that come under the class of stand alone stores, are also permitted to open throughout the non-curfew hours. On the other hand, the excise and taxation department has explained that vends working from markets will have to stick to the odd-even principle, those that are stand alone and out from marketplace can open according to relaxations. Vends also have been awarded added 19 times in the current fiscal year on the accounts of reduction endured during the lockdown period. “We’d made the supply at the excise coverage for this particular season. According to the policy, fiscal year was assumed to begin from May. The licensees will find an extra time,” said Anurag Rastogi, ACS Excise and Taxation, Haryana.
