AMBALA: The police on Tuesday detained a man supposedly for murdering his cousins from Naggal village of Ambala district.
The authorities stated that the accused was recognized as Gurpreet of Naggal village.
He had been created before the court Wednesday, which allowed a police remand for additional investigation.
The deceased identified as Surinder Kaur (51) of all Naggal village had allegedly gone missing on June 9 and her brother Amarjeet Singh had lodged a lost criticism in Naggal police station on June 11.
Deceased Surinder Kaur wasn’t married.
She had been a prominent face in the group of the Sikh community in Ambala area.
As she wore standard Sikh dress, she was also recognized by the title of Jarnail Singh.
