Chandigarh: Gurugram and Faridabad dominated Tally Covid on Sunday with 53% new cases because Haryana reported 8,900 cases, six deaths and 4361 recovered during the day.
39 new omicron cases have also been reported during the day.
With this cumulative number of Omicron cases have risen to 201.
The active case count violated by a 50K mark because the country has a total of 51,253 active cases.
Faridabad and Gurugram have a total of 30,994 cases that make up 60% of the total active case.
Minister of Health Anil VIJ has blamed Covid’s uncontrolled growth in New Delhi as an excuse.
Of the total active case 5,981 is a break hospitalized in a house isolation.

414 Cases from Sonipat and 360 cases reported from Karnal.
Hisar reported 272 new cases attended by 240 cases from Rohtak, 214 from Salsa, 207 of Panipat, 196 from Yamunanangar, 180 of Jhajjar, 152 of Rewari, 121 came from Jind, 113 of Kurukshetra and 103 cases from Bhiwani District Palwal reported a minimum of 13 Cases while breaking districts report 14 to 100 cases.
On the vaccination front, from a total of 66598 doses of the day, the first dose was given to 27,324 cases and the second dose was given to 36,137 people.
The prevention dose was given to 3137 people as the cumulative coverage of Covid-19 vaccination in the state has reached 37942386.
