According to the state notification issued by the Secretary of the Head of Haryana Viji Vardhan, the main bench of the Tribunal of the State Administration Haryana will be established in Panchkula and will have two courts.
What is important, Toi is the first to report in July this year that the Haryana government will establish the State Administration Court in Panchkula.
Sat will hear complaints related to Haryana’s government employee service issues.
Until now, Haryana’s employees must approach the Punjab High Court and Haryana directly on this issue.
The Haryana government previously proposed establishing SAT in Karnal after that supporters practiced in Punjab and Haryana High Court had made a long strike to protest the decision.
Haryana State Tribunal will function in the central (cat) administrative tribunal lines, which hears disputes related to central government employees.
What is important, a retired Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court was appointed in 2019 as Chairman of Haryana Sat.
However, the court has not worked for the past two years because the Punjab & Haryana High Court has delayed the implementation of the central notice of the Haryana Tribunal setting.

The July 31 panel gives findings about SAT’s work capabilities, this has caused an unprecedented situation where members of the Punjab High Court and Haryana Association (HCBA) suffered an attack on the issuance of notifications and the functioning of the court remained paralyzed more than three weeks in July -Agustus 2019.
However, on August 2, 2019, a full bench of the High Court has delayed the implementation of the central government’s notification of court arrangements.
HC bench has passed this order while taking Suo Motu’s awareness of strikes with advocates and on the application received from HCBA.
The Haryana government on August 13, 2019, has formed a committee led by the Head of the Secretary of the State after the lawyer’s body sent a representation to the head of Minister Manohar Lal Khattar.
The Secretary of the Head of State prepared the final report after hearing all parties and the Committee had given its findings about legality, feasibility, and the work ability of the State Administrative Court.
