Chandigarh: The Punjab High Court and Haryana on Friday published a notification to Secretary Secretary Haryana, DGP and SP Ambala on the request submitted by victims of small rape looking for the Constitution of the Special Investigation Team (Sitting) to investigate his complaint.
The direction has also been trying to investigate the role of the Naraingarh Women’s Police Station including Sho for its efforts to protect the person accused.

The applicant has proposed that even though Sho has been ordered for his doubtful role in this case, all things need to be investigated by sitting.
The main beliber is that during the investigation of this case, he was threatened and depressed by the police officials of the Naraingarh Women’s Police Office.
He was even forced to change his statement but he didn’t.
When police officials failed to convince the applicant to change his statement, they faked the Petitioner’s signature in several false complaints and even filed firs with different facts.
The problem was actually asked by senior police officers and only after that FIR was filed against the official.
In his request before HC he was looking for directions to form officers consisting of officers under the rank of the police deputy supervisor (DSP) under the direct supervision of several senior police officers to investigate the FIR 6 registered on June 27 Pocso Act at the Narayarh Police Station Police Station Ambala and to further investigate FIR No.
246 dated July 9, 2021 registered in Section 166-A, 167, 201 and 218 IPC in the same way and ongoing the same FIR transaction and also with motives to be violations described in the FIR in a fair and speeding up.
After hearing the request, justice Arun Monggu HC has published a notification to the state authorities who are looking for a reply to the satisfaction of the Petitioner on September 2.
In his petition, the victim (the name was not disclosed to protect his identity) had stated that he had moved the e-mail complaint to SP Ambala, DSP Naraingarh, Sho, Narayarh and Sho women’s police station, Naraingarh police station on June 26 at 19.26 afternoon.

It was only at the intervention of local courts, the exact medical examination was carried out.
According to the complainant, his statement below Section 164 CRPC has also been recorded before the judge in the Naraingarh Court and in his statement he has overthrew all facts in front of the local judge.
The applicant also told HC that after his complaint against the officials of the Naraingarh female police station, the DSP ranking officer investigated his allegations and demanded that woman.

“At present senior police officials from the Naraingarh women’s police station are only involved in saving people accused,” the victim had submitted in his request before HC while looking for a constitution in this case.
