Guwahati: Head of Secretary of Paban Kumar Borthakur Paban Kumar Borthakur will hold a public hearing on Friday in connection with the Nagaon Police Shoot incident where former Student Workers (AASU) Assam (AASU) Kirticamal Bora was shot by the police.
Minister Takna Himanta Buswa Sarma Sunday directed Borthakur to conduct an investigation and submit a report within seven days.
CM has given an order after a massive protest in the Nagaon district demands a probe that does not side with the incident so that the victim becomes justice.
Additional major secretaries have been rumored to have heard the victim version currently undergoing treatment in Gautati Medical College and hospitals.
