Dharmsala: BJP on Tuesday experienced a setback at Himachal Pradesh after the Parmar vice-presidential state unit resigned from his position.
He posted his resignation letter aimed at the President of the State of Suresh Kashyap on Facebook.
“Me, Parmar Kripal, Vice President, Himachal BJP, I sent the resignation from the party post.
Please accept.
I will explain the reason in separate letters,” said the letter.
Parmar said that for the past four years, he was constantly ignored at BJP and he could no longer bear it.
He said he was a true party worker and continued to work for it.
The letter came ahead of the BJP State Work Committee meeting.
At Bintir has recently been held at Himachal Pradesh, the party has lowered Baldev Thakur in Parmar in the fatehpur assembly chair at Kangra District.
He did not compete as independently after Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur persuaded him, but he moved away from the campaign.
Thakur lost Bypoll to Bhawani Singh Pathania Congress more than 5,000 votes.
Parmar said that even when he was rejected tickets for the chair Fatehpur, he save the mother.
He said that he was humiliated with one way or another way and emphasized that he could not bear the insults anymore, which was why he resigned from the post.
Parmar is considered very close to the former Prem Main Minister Kumar Dhumal.
Parmar is a member of Rajya Sabha from 2002 to 2006 and is considered among the highest Kangra BJP leaders.
He also served as Deputy Chairperson of the State Transportation Company.
BJP and the chairman of the minister have not responded to his resignation.
