Manali: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has asked the owner of the hotel, restaurant and bar in shower, Kullu and Manali to add steel boards that display warning messages to spread awareness of drugs.
Kullu Regency and baths are most affected by drugs, especially Charas.
Now, the increasing case of synthetic drugs becomes a headache that grows for agents.
NCB has chosen the bath district, which is also the gateway to Kullu-Manali, as his office in Himachal.
Now it has directed hotels, restaurants and bars not only warn but also spread awareness to stop selling, purchasing, and consumption of drugs.
NCB Zonal Director in Chandigarh has written to the hotel and restaurant associations in bathing, Kullu Danmanali that the steel board must be attached by all properties.
“The Center and Director General of the NCB have wanted all stakeholders to unite to spread awareness among people.
For this, it has been proposed to affix steel signs in all hotels, restaurants and bars in baths, Kullu and Manali,” the letter be read.
NCB will spread awareness in coordination with stakeholders.
