Shimla: Himachal Pradesh reported one Covid-19 death from Kangra District and 96 positive cases on Wednesday while 34 positive patients also recovered.
The country has a total of 226118 confirming positive cases where 1193 active cases, 221102 patients have recovered while 3806 patients have died.
So far the total of 3793098 people have been tested for Covid-19 to 3566943 people have been tested negatively.
From 7pm on Tuesday, a total of 8374 samples were tested in the state while the results of 37 samples were awaited.
Positive cases reported covering 8 from Bilalaspur Regency, 2 from Chamba Regency, 19 from Hamirpur Regency, 24 of Kangra Regency, 2 of Kullu District, 11 from Bath Regency, 15 of Shimla Regency, one from Solan Regency and 14 from the Regency Solan.
Those who are recovering include 2 of the Bilalaspur District, 2 of the district of Chamba, 4 of Hamirpur District, 10 of Kangra Regency, 3 of Bath Regency, 4 of Shimla Regency and 9 of Una Regency.
Billaspur District has 83 active cases, the Chamba district has 12 active cases, Hamirpur Regency has 220 active cases, Kangra Regency has 428 active cases, Kinnaur Regency has 4 active cases, Kullu Regency has 26 active cases having 6 active cases.
, Bathing District has 103 active cases, Shimla Regency has 99 active cases, Sirmaur District has 4 active cases, Solan Regency has 69 active cases and the Una district has 139 active cases.
