Shimla: Himachal Pradesh reported 5 Covid-19 deaths and 154 positive cases on Wednesday while 71 positive patients had also recovered.
Every two deaths have been reported from Hamirpur Regency and Kangra while one death has been reported from the Bath Regency.
The country has a total of 225,319 positive confirmed cases 1161 active cases, 220,368 patients have recovered while 3773 patients have died.
As far as the total 3740456 people have been tested for Covid-19 to date which 3,515,068 people have been tested negatively.
Since 19:00 on Tuesday, amounted to 8844 samples tested in the state while the results of the 69 samples were awaited.
Positive cases reported including 11 of the Bilalaspur District, 4 of the Chamba District, 26 of Hamirpur District, 58 of Kangra District, one of Kinnaur District, 2 of Kullu Regency, 10 of the Bath District, 11 of Shimla Regency, 12 of Solan District and 19 from Una Regency.
They recovered including 2 of Billaspur Regency, one of the Chamba District, 8 of the Hamirpur District, 19 of the Kangra District, one of Kinnaur District, 6 of the Kullu District, 15 of the Bath District, 3 of Shimla Regency, 3 of Solan Regency and 13 from Una District.
Bilalaspur Regency has 97 active cases, Chamba Regency has 13 active cases, Hamirpur Regency has 240 active cases, Kangra Regency has 419 active cases, Kinnaur Regency has 10 active cases, Kullu Regency has 28 active cases, Lahaul-Spiti Regency has 4 active cases , Bath Regency has 106 active cases, Shimla Regency has 86 active cases, Sirmaur Regency has 4 active cases, Solan Regency has 24 active cases and Una Regency has 130 active cases.
