SHIMLA: The Himachal Pradesh police division issued 11,774 challans to get face mask offenses during’corona curfew’ from May 7 to 31 and regained Rs 69.66 lakh in nice from violators.
DGP Sanjay Kundu explained the terms of both’corona curfew’ levied by the state authorities to stop the spread of Covid-19 are being rigorously enforced by the division.
He explained 1,093 challans were issued for violating curfew in market areas and Rs 12.54 lakh gathered in good against violators and 44 cases enrolled with curfew violation.
He explained 485 vehicles were discovered breaking the curfew directives and Rs 4.92 lakh accumulated in fines whereas six FIRs were registered.
“For offenses during gathering of individuals over the prescribed limitation in unions, good of Rs 1.87 lakh was retrieved in your violators and eight FIRs enrolled,” he further added.
Kundu stated 2,994 police officials and officials are infected until today from the virus.
Of them, although 2,747 have regained, 241 are still under treatment in home isolation.
Thus far, six police officers, such as Class IV employees, have died while doing their duties throughout the corona period.
He explained strict instructions are issued to all police employees for accessing both doses of this corona vaccine.
