Shimla: Himachal Pradesh has reported several Covid-19 deaths in May this year compared to deaths reported before April 30 this season.
From the start of pandemic this past year until April 30 this year, the country had reported 1,484 deaths and 99,287 favorable instances.
In May alone, but the state listed 1,643 deaths and 91,043 favorable instances.
The very first case from the country was listed on June 29 final year.
The country had just recorded about 200 active instances of Covid according to February 23, until the next wave of Covid struck the country.
Bilaspur had until April 30 this season reported 33 Covid deaths, but that increased to 68 on May 31.
In May itself, the district listed 35 Covid deaths.
Chamba district reported 60 deaths until April 30, however, the figure climbed to 120 deaths by May 31, an increase of 60 deaths.
Hamirpur had reported 85 deaths until April 30, however these increased by 141 throughout May and the amount on the previous day of this month had been 226 deaths.
Kangra had reported 374 deaths until April 30.
This figure climbed to 933 by May 31, an increase of 559 deaths.
At Kinnaur, 20 patients had expired till April 30, but this number has risen to 35 by May 31.
The figure increased by 15 duirng the month.
Lahaul-Spiti had reported 13 deaths until April 30, but only 3 deaths happened in May and the last figure was 16.
Kullu had reported 94 deaths until April 30 and the amount climbed to 142 deaths by May 31.
The figure increased from 48 deaths.
Mandi had listed 181 deaths until April 30 and the amount climbed to 341 according to May 31.
Throughout the month, this amount climbed to 160 deaths.
Shimla had reported 347 deaths until April 30 and the death toll climbed to 558 by May 31, registeting 211 deaths within a month.
Sirmaur had reported 67 deaths until April 30 and amount climbed to 186 by May 31 to demonstrate a growth of 119 deaths within a month.
Solan had reported 101 deaths until April 30 and the amount climbed to 280 deaths by May 31, demonstrating a growth of 179 deaths within a month.
Back in Una, 109 deaths were reported until April 30.
This figure increased from 113 deaths in May, taking the complete number of deaths to 222 by May 31.
