Chandigarh: Former Head of Ministers and Opposition Leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda has announced to start ‘Vipaksh Aapke Samaksh’ from Karna on October 10, on the second-year completion of the BJP-JJP government to establish direct communication with the community.
