Chandigarh: UT government has received around 10 objections to the design of his policy to allow nursing homes at housing locations.
The plantation branch will learn and receive calls on them before the policy is finally notified.
The government has released a policy design for a month, giving sufficient time to people to file objections.
Each objection will be studied and then the decision taken, said the source, adding the ball now in the plantation branch court.
“We will now see all objections.
Senior UT officials will be notified and the decision before we think about notification,” said the source.
To allow housing buildings as nursing homes, the authorities have placed several conditions in the policy design.
Jompo houses will be permitted to function from housing buildings only with the main administrator permission, according to one of them.
The other is that the application permit must be made by Allottee of the Building.
This policy also states that a maximum of four nursing houses will be permitted in a sector.
Initially, the number of sites in the city would not be more than 30, not included.
Whether the idea of Khersources said MP Kirron Kher was interested in the UT government that allowed a nursing home in the residential area.
He remains in touch with officials, keeping himself.
Kher has recommended to provide residential site conversions to nursing homes in the urban and planning infrastructure committee.
However, the move was rejected by all members.
