Shimla / Chandigarh: Himachal Pradesh reported one Covid-19 death and 87 positive cases on Sunday while 170 positive patients also recovered.
Meanwhile, in Punjab, 33 fresh cases emerged and Haryana reported only five new cases, the first in almost half a year.
The two countries have no Covid death on Sundays.
Himachal has 2.15,691 a positive case confirmed from which 1,536 active cases, 2,10,518 patients have recovered while 3,620 patients have died.
So far, 33.01,173 people have been tested for Covid-19 where 30.85,459 people have been tested negatively.
Since 19:00 on Saturday, 3,275 samples were tested in the state and the results of 23 samples were awaited.
Positive cases reported including five of Bilalaspur Regency, Six of Chamba Regency, 25 of Hamirpur Regency, 27 of Kangra Regency, one from Lahaul-Spiti Regency, nine from the Bath Regency, five of Shimla Regency, three of Solan Regency and Six from the Solan district.
In Punjab, nine people were tested positive in Ludhiana while seven cases were reported in Patiala, five in Gurdapas, two of each at Fatehgarh Sahib and Mohali and One in Amritsar, Barnala, Bathinda, Fazilka, Jalan Pathankot and Tarn Taran.
In Haryana, in all, 44 people recovered.
While Gurgaon gets three cases, each case is reported in Karnal and Yamajunganangar.
Also, 90,265 people are vaccinated during the day.
While 66,936 got the first dose, the second dose was given to 23,339 people.
Overall, 1,83,00,245 covid vaccines have been included in circumstances.
In Punjab, a total of 87,523 people were vaccinated in which 54,591 received the first dose and 32,932 received the second dose.
In Himachal, those who recover include 17 of the Bilalaspur District, 12 of Chamba Regency, 25 from Hamirpur Regency, 43 of Kangra Regency, four of Kinnaur Regency, eight of Kullu Regency, eight of Lahaul-Spiti District, 25 of the Bath District, 21 From the Shimla district, one of the Sirmaur districts, five of the Solan District and one of the Una District.
