Chandigarh: The possibility of running a flying school based on public personal partnerships (PPP) in four locations in Haryana is being explored.
For two locations, tenders have also been allocated.
In addition to the establishment of international flight centers in Hisar, the air foundation in Haryana will be changed.
These decisions were taken at the Civil Aviation Department official meeting held at Gurugram under the leadership of Deputy Chief of Minister Haryana Dushyant Chautala.
Chautala also holds a civil aviation portfolio.
While leading the meeting, Chautala said that the tender had been signed to run a flying school at Mahendragarh and Bhiwani based on PPP and the possibility of running these schools in Karnal and Pendores was being explored.
He also discussed the increase in Bachhod and Bhiwani air strikes near Narnaul in the Mahendragarh district.
Likewise, it was decided to extend the Bhiwani Airstrip runway and put on the lights on it.
The airstrip will get a facelift by making a parallel taxi line along with Bhiwani Airstrip.
Approval for special improvements to buildings that have been built is also provided.
The possibility of developing the Heliport and Aero Museum in the global city proposed along the Dwarka toll road in Gurugram was also discussed at the meeting.
