Chandigarh: Some BJP leaders on Friday are limited in the temple complex in Haryana’s Rohtak for hours because some farmers and villagers held protests outside, with the spread of heavy police at the location trying to solve the problem.
A police officer said former Minister Haryana Manish Grover was among leaders who were present in the temple complex.
Senior official administrative officials, police from Rohtak and several neighboring districts are on site to prevent the escalation of the situation.
According to the police, Grover was accompanied by several local BJP leaders had gone to the temple in Kiloi Village to watch the Direct Telecast Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Kejarnath Temple.
When the villagers came to find out the presence of BJP leaders, they reached the place and formed a cord of cord around the temple, and prevented the leaders from coming out.
Media reports claim that farmers want Grover to apologize to them for some problems.
Farmers who protested three new agricultural laws at the center imposed last year have opposed the BJP leader programs and the Jannahak Jannayak Party Janna Haryana in power.
