Four final year students students develop portable devices called ‘Frizzle’ which can detect real-time weather conditions within a radius of 300 meters
Ask the Bengalurea to the weather of the city, and they will tell you about complete uncertainty: from the bathroom suddenly on a sunny morning to the second extreme heat.
But uncertainty may be from the past because some technical students have designed hyper-local weather prediction devices that they claim six times more accurate than the date provided by the weather institution.
Real-time weather prediction devices, Frizzle, have been developed by four last year students, Anantha Krishna and Abhilash V, which is a co-founder from the beginning along with Rishith Bhownick, CTO, and Vanya Arnikharam, CIO, and Vanya, from PES University.
The four friends appeared with the idea of last year and had done it for nine months.
Frizzle is a small and cost-effective device that can be repaired or taken while traveling.
The device detects hyper-local weather conditions within 300 meters.

Krishna said that they wanted to build a device that could predict hyper-local weather.
He said that they originally came with a prototype received by the Pesu Venture Labs which gave them a platform to build a device.
“We have designed applications, especially for farmers who will notify when and how much rainfall will occur on their farms.

This device was recently used at Cricket MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai where they have provided positive testimonials and also used in Vidhana Soudha on Independence Day.
