Chandigarh: Punjab Head of the Election Officer (CEO) of Karuna Raju on Tuesday handed two identity cards (EPIC) to Siam Twins based in Amritsar Sedh and Mohan Singh, known as Sohna-Mohna, to mark the national voter 12 ‘day.
They were 18 years ago.
The CEO said the arrangement would be made for Sohna and Mohna, so that both of them can choose separately, ensuring that their privacy can be maintained.
The Indian Election Commission (ECI) considers Sohna and Mohna as a separate voter and decided to give individual voting rights to both.
