IG ranking officers to review criminal cases against Punjab MPS, MLAS

The division bench consisting of justice of Rajan Gupta and Justice Karamjit Singh gave this order while hearing ongoing pills regarding the disposal of pending criminal cases in the region against MP and MPA sitting and sitting.

The material problem is waiting before HC in Petition Suo Motu, where HC has been seeking details of Punjab countries, Haryana and UT Chandigarh about the suffering of cases against leaders in their respective countries.
HC has recognized this problem in following the direction of SC and appointed senior advocate of Khosla Rupinder as Amicus Curiae to help the matter.
