In the high-risk celebration season, Covid testing in Punjab Plunges

Chandigarh: With a concern of the Covid-19 surge during the celebration season, health experts and the central government have emphasized testing of improvement, but the reverse scenario is proven in Punjab, where the average test of seven-day countries per million populations has dropped more than 31% since September.

Testers are targeted to increase testing for time detection and infected individual isolation during the celebration season, the Punjab government has decided to focus on targeted Covid testing.
Civil surgeons have been issued instructions to focus on fields where high transmission risks.
