Bengaluru: Political, written or oral disorders, in transfers and post officers will result in public office politicization and imperile efficiency and good administration, said the Karnataka High Court when it comes to rescue d naveen, assistant engineer (electricity).
The court issued the direction that the applicant was allowed to report assignments in Varthur (O & M), Bescom with all benefits.
Even though he was transferred on December 9, 2020, he was not posted until April 5, 2021.
Meanwhile, the authorities canceled the order of December 9, moved it to headquarters without posting and proceeding with S Mahadev in Varthur (O & M) because of the political influence provided by MLA Local and then Minister of Aravind Limbavali.
The applicant was finally transferred to Rajanukunte according to the order of April 5, 2021.
The practice of the KPTCL transfer was strange: Courtnavenen challenged all these commands.
Allowing its request, justice M Nagaprasana noted that illegal results were the continuation of S Mahadev in Varthur (O & M), Bescom, and transferred the applicant to Rajananke.
“The last fold of illegality exceeded the entire process due to political interference.
Thus, all illegalities will weaken all the actions of the KPTCL or Bescom next because the case will surprise the transfer order on December 9, 2020,” Judge added.
The judge was referred to as a “strange” practice adopted by Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited in transferring his personnel to anywhere ESCOM.
KPTCL is an organization of Mother and Naveen and Mahadev is an employee at Bescom.
“KPTCL issued a transfer order that transferred officers to the office that came in ESCOM Holding the transfer sequence issued by the KPTCL was left in the limbo, “said the judge.
