Jammu: To promote fitness, the border security force (BSF) in Jammu organized Indian Fit Run-2.0 movement at the border headquarters, BSF Paloura Camp under the program ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ on Friday.
A BSF spokesman said, “Today around 6am, DK Tolia, digging, BSF border headquarters, Jammu, marked running from Hargobind Bhatnagar Stadium, where more than 400 BSF personnel, including officers, subordinate officials and Jawan participated in The enthusiasm and joy.
“After finishing running, Tolia stated that it was held as part of the celebration of the 75th Independence Warning Program and the purpose of the event was to create awareness about fitness and live a healthy life, and also to produce a sense of pride.
