Bengaluru: Special Investigation Team (sitting) investigated the case of sex CD involving former Minister of Ramesh Jarkiholi, on Monday submitting a detailed report before the Karnataka High Court.
The division bench led by Chief Judge Abhay Shreeniwas Oka is scheduled to take problems on Tuesday afternoon for hearings.
On Friday, the bench has indicated that the court will go to the formation sitting based on the Minister of Home Minister only after through an investigative report.
Incidentally, in one of the petitions, the complainants have been looking to transfer investigations to several other agents, arguing that he did not expect justice and independence in the investigation carried out by Sali because it was based on a letter aimed at the Minister of Home Affairs.
He added that all efforts were made to show him in a bad light and protect the defendant.
He further claimed that political intervention was striking and accessed by the Minister of Home Affairs and to the central government by means of the Joshi Prahlad minister out in the public domain and all investigations were being held and controlled by political bosses.
Another petition where the complainant has tried to cancel the complaint submitted before the Sadashivanagar police station by one Nagaraju MV (on behalf of Jarkiholi) was also beaten together with the issue of public litigation (pill) submitted on this issue.
