Bengaluru: The speaker Assembly Vishweshwara Hegde Kageri said on Wednesday that as many as 18 bills would be submitted during the legislat session of the legislature, which will be held from September 13 to 24.
Of these, 12 is a new bill, while four are submitted during.

The rest is a substitute for procedures.
Kageri told reporters that the legislature would have a committee on ethics to guide members of the right practice.
The regulatory committee has recommended panel formation.
If all parties agree, the proposal will be submitted in the Assembly and the Board.
He also said that starting this year, the best legislator award will be announced based on performance.
“We have established certain criteria to assess the performance of legislators.
People who score the highest value will be declared a winner.
The award will be given at the end of the session,” he added.
The shared session on the values and principles of parliamentary democracy will be organized on the last day.
Kageri had asked the speaker Lok Sabha Om Birla to overcome this session.
He said that he had instructed all MLA and ministers to avoid going and attended the conversation.
