Raichur: Angry because it was prevented from burning the headquarters of former Minister of Chief (CM) Siddaramaiiah, the leader of the Bharatiya Party Janata and former Papeddy Mla slapped the police police in ordinary clothing in Raichur on Wednesday.
The Papeddy video clip slaps the police, identified as Raghavendra, has now become a viral in WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
The incident occurred during the BJP schedule and demonstration tribes of Morcha protests against opposition leaders in the Assembly, Siddaramaiiah.

In Raichur, when BJP leaders tried to burn Siddarama’s speech, Raghavendra, who was attached to Western police, grabbed efigsi and walked away.
Prevent his move, Papeddy walked towards him and slapped him by asking who he was to stop them from what they did.
Western police have registered firs because they attack to prevent public servants from carrying out their duties.
After he slapped the police, other police officials intervened and stopped Papeddy.
However, Reddy was seen arguing with senior police officials who were present at the location.
Then, the protesters burned efigsi.
Speaking with the media after the incident, Papeddy said he confused a police officer with party workers when he wore ordinary clothes.
“He snatched the effigion of our hands and escaped.
I’m confused why our workers pamper themselves in such actions and in anger I shout and encourage him,” he said.
He further said there was no question about the tender apology because he had not made a mistake and why the police infiltrated the protest.
Raichur police supervisor Nikhil B, while talking to Toi, said the action would begin with the defendant and FIR had been submitted at the police station.
District SC / St Morcha in Batalagavi also held protests and leaders said Siddaramaiiah cheated many Dalit leaders for their political advantage and did not have the talk of moral rights about the community.
