MANGALURU: Former Karnataka Marriage K Abhayachandra Jain declared he will enroll himself as a organ donor for a tribute to celebrity Sanchari Vijay, who died lately.
“I’ll enroll myself as a member donor by filling out the pledge form, in order my organs could be transplanted into the destitute after my passing.
It’s a tribute to actor Vijay, who’s a son of this land out of Chikkamagaluru.
He’s come to be the pillar of hope for many households through organ donation,” Jain explained.
“Therefore, I chose to sign this will, and thus encourage my party employees to also return to give their organs.
It’s a fact that politics is social company, but it’s not essential that you needs to turn into an MLA or minister to serve individuals,” that the 71-year-old Congress leader said in a condolence match organised for celebrity Vijay, in the Congress Bhavan here on Friday.
“Vijay resides in the heads of Kannadigas following his organs were given to seven individuals.
His contribution of organs is now an inspiration for the young generation and governmental leaders.
Consequently the District Congress Committee organized a meeting to provide tributes to the celebrity.
I call upon all Congress leaders, such as the Youth Congress and NSUI members to vow organs because a tribute to both Vijay, that had been helping individuals throughout the pandemic from sunrise to dusk,” said Jain, who had been the MLA of all Mulky-Moodbidri constituency, and was also the minister for fisheries, youth sports and services.
