Mangaluru: Even though the dry run for a fast RT-PCR test at Mangaluru International Airport (MIA) was successfully successfully and launched on Monday, there will be no flights going to the United Arab Emirates from Mia now.
Flight operators have sent test reports to the UAE authority for their approval.
In the absence of approval until Monday night, cheap air carrier India Express (AIE) canceled Abu Dhabi flight on Tuesday.
But even after this, only Dubai and Abu Dhabi visa holders who can fly out of Mia and other emirates visa holders can only land in Sharjah or Ras Al Khaimah, because Aie operates on goal and Spicejet only operates with Dubai.
