Bengaluru: Karnataka reported 1,453 new Covid-19 cases and 17 deaths on Friday, with total infection to 29,36,077 and the toll road to 37,105.
Today also saw 1,408 release, taking the total number of recovery in the state as far as 28.77,785.
Of the 1,453 new cases reported on Friday, 352 came from Bengaluru Urban, because the city saw 381 release and one death.
The total active case in this country is at 21,161.
While the level of participation reaches 0.83 percent, the case mortality rate (CFR) is 1.16 percent.
Dakshina Kannada contributed most deaths (6), Mysuru and Uttara Kannada each had two, followed by others.
Among the districts where new cases were reported, Bengaluru Urban contributed 352, Dakshina Kannada 341, Udupi 176, Hassan 101, Kodagu 95, followed by others.
The Bengaluru urban district filled a positive case list, with a total of 12,34,509.
MySuru came next with 1,75,080 and Tumakuru had 1,18,819.
Among the release as well, Bengaluru Urban was above with 12.10.640, followed by Mysuru 1.71,725 and Tumaku 4,17,058.
Cumulatively totaling 4.16,82,357 samples were tested in a state so far, where 1,73,000 on Friday.
