Bengaluru: Karnataka on Monday reported 973 new Covid-19 cases and 15 deaths, took the number of infections to 29,48,228 and the death toll became 37,293, the Ministry of Health said.
That day also saw 1,324 release, took the total recovery amount to 28.92.517.
Bengaluru Urban recorded 264 new cases because the city saw 261 disposal and three deaths.
Active cases reach 18,392.
While the level of participation for that day reached 0.64 percent, the case mortality rate (CFR) was at 1.54 percent.
Three deaths were respectively reported from Bangaluru Urban, Besehagavi and Udupi, while one of Chikkaballater, Chikkamagaluru, Dakshina Kannada, Hassan, Shivamogga and Tumakuru (1).
After Bengaluru Urban, Dakshina Kannada reported the highest number of new cases in 193, Udupi 98, Hassan 74 and MySuru 73.
Bengaluru Urban District Peak the list of positive cases, with a total of 12,37,550, followed by MySuru 1.75,952 and Tumaku.
Among the release also, Bengaluru Urban overcame the list with 12.14,220, followed by Mysuru 1,72,618 and Tumakuru 1,17,475.
Cumulatively total 4,33,45,881 samples were tested, where 1.51,219 was tested on Monday.
