Bengaluru: Karnataka on Tuesday reported 239 new Covid-19 cases and 5 deaths, took the total infection of 29,88,760 and the death toll became 38,089, the health department said.
Today also saw 376 release, taking the total number of recovery in the state as far as 29,42,272.
Bengaluru Urban contributed 139 new cases, because the city saw 190 release and 3 deaths.
The total number of active cases in the country is 8,370.
While the level of participation for that day was established at 0.39 percent, the case mortality rate (CFR) was 2.09 percent.
Apart from Bengaluru Urban, one of the deaths was respectively reported from Tumaku and Uttara Kannada.
After Bengaluru Urban, the number of new cases reported from Mysuru 31 and Dakshina Kannada 18.
Bengaluru Urban District now has a total of 12,52,106 positive cases followed by MySuru with 1,79,214 and tumakuaru with 1,20,849.
Among the disposal as well, Bengaluru Urban overcame the list with 12,29,397, followed by Mysuru 1,76,497 and Tumakuru 1,19,459.
Cumulatively a total of 5,10,07,738 samples were tested, where 60,711 was tested on Tuesday.
