Mandya: In the midst of the applicable tension in connection with the hijab row, the argument broke out between parents and teachers outside the Rotary School at Mandya Karnataka after he asked the girls to remove the headscarf before entering the campus.
The school administration argue with parents instead of allowing students in the classroom, said Asif, one of the parents.
“We ask the administration to allow students in the classroom.
Students can release the headscarf after entering the classroom but the teachers argue with us,” he said.
Schools for classes to 10 standards are reopened on Monday in Karnataka.
Decisions about PUC, colleges and universities can be expected after reviewing the situation in the state, the head of the Boxavaraj Minister Bommai has said.
The headscarf Row in Karnataka began in January this year when several students of PU College government girls in the state of the country accused that they were prohibited from attending classes.
During protests, some students claimed that they were refused entry into college because they were wearing a headscarf.
After this incident, students from various colleges arrived at Shanteshwar Education Trust in Vijayapura Sporting Saffron Solfron.
The situation is the same in several universities in the Udupi district.
The pre-university education council has released a circle stating that students can only wear uniforms approved by school administration and no other religious practices that will be permitted in universities.
Meanwhile, the Karnataka High Court also appealed to the community of students and the wider community to maintain peace and tranquility while hearing various requests to challenge the prohibition of wearing headscarves in class.
The Karnataka High Court on Friday uploaded a temporary command which was forwarded to the petition that challenged the prohibition of headscarves in the state.
The petition session will continue on February 14.
