Guwahati: Konak Nagaland tribe has demanded that probe reports to Oting’s murder separately by sitting the state government and the Army Transportation Court, shared with Union Konyak “for Naravane Naravane Naravane”.
Wednesday said “appropriate action”, as required to enforce land law, will be taken based on investigations and the army investigation court is expected to submit its findings in one or two days.
On the other hand, the state government sitting has sent an initial report and is expected to submit a final report to court after receiving forensic results.
“Special Investigation Team (Sitting) and Army Court Certified report questions must be shared with Union Konyak after the necessary formalities are resolved from the two parties,” United Konyak on Friday was resolved on a summit.
The union was completed to give 10 more days from January 15 as an ultimatum to provide justice D demand special forces personnel involved in failed operations and afterwards on December 4 and 5 last year where 14 civilians were killed.
Union said that the authorities failed to fulfill their demands in the following days, Konak’s people would distance themselves from all national events in their custom jurisdiction as supported by the Organization of the East Nagaland Peoples.
