Hangal / Sindgi: Bypoll for Hangal in the Haveri and Sindgi District in the Vijayapura district, Karnataka runs smoothly and receives good voters.
Hangal had witnessed a voter of 83.72% while Sindi had received a 69.41% bridge.
At 11 o’clock in the morning, Sindgi (26.75%) took over Hangal (24.31%).
Then Hangal maintained the advantage and watched a 77.9% commendable bridge while Sindi received 64.54% at 5 pm.

The constituency witnessed a rapid campaign by BJP leaders including former CM BS Yediyurappa, CM Basavaraj Bommai and his colleagues, Congress leaders such as Siddaramaiiah, DK Shivakumar, and JD (s) leaders such as HD Deve Gowda and HD Kumaraswamy.
Polling was postponed for up to 90 minutes in Devenagone Village after a technical disruption at EVS.
There were several technical obstacles at EVMS in two other booths but they were repaired immediately.

Vijayapura DC P Sunil Kumar said that the Bypoll went successfully in constituencies.
