Bengaluru: Complaints by the Karnataka State Contractor Association to the Office of the Prime Minister (PMO) have turned on the worst secrets in the state administration – corruption that is rooted, institutionalized in how the state public infrastructure project is tendered, given and run.

The association wrote to PMO on Thursday, accused rooted corruption.

However, he did not reveal the names of politicians and officials who demanded bribery but claimed that corruption existed At all levels, especially in PWD, water resources and BBMP projects.
