Bengaluru: From the revenue to an assessment of affiliates, all state universities in Karnataka will be integrated on one platform – Unified University University and College Management System (UUCMS) – and it will likely be launched from the upcoming academic year for UG, PG and PhD , In accordance with the Ministry of Higher Education plan, the system will track students from receipt to granting degrees.
It will have an event calendar announced by colleges and universities, acceptance mode (direct / achievement), seat matrix, cost structure and minimum cut-off, entrance examinations, interviews and quota.
The department has asked the government, assisted and excel without personal assistance to initiate receipts from August 4 on this platform.
However, it issued orders on Tuesday delaying the process.
“Because the college is only opened on October 1, there is time for reception.

Candidates must provide personal information, categories, education details and documents.
College will verify the documents uploaded when entering.
UUCMS has provisions to produce a list of combination-wise rankings in each college for UG, register ranking department for PG and for each field in PhD.
Based on available seats and priority input candidates, seats are allocated for candidates.
After the Principal verifies the application, the student registration number is produced.
After completing all rounds of allotment, the allocated seating details will be sent to the University to be approved.
In the event that candidates cancel the chair, the registration number remains dummy.
Students will not be allowed to hold on to more than one seat at a time.
The system will have data integration of the PU board, DigiLocker, Karnataka exam authority, Comedk and MobileOne.
Costs can be paid through Paygov.
While many private universities have reception that informally for this year, they must upload student data on the platform.
