Bengaluru: The High Court on Friday fired instructions that seek litigation of public interests (pills) to provide Padma and other awards to the judge sitting from the High Court and the Supreme Court.
“You can’t get a better problem for repairing judges? We really opposed the award,” the division bench headed by the chairman of the Rujian Raja Awasthi judge to Dr.
Vinod G Kulkarni, a neuropsychiater and advocate-based consultation.
“The applicant has not been able to satisfy the court why there is a pleasure that must be given by the court for claimed assistance.
Awards such as Padma or State Awards are given to the wisdom of the country or the central government.
No one has the right to claim that he must be given such awards.
