Granting time until July 20, a division bench headed by Chief Justice Abhay Shreeniwas Oka remarked the goal of instructions won’t be served when any disciplinary action is taken against people breaking criteria.
He explained that on most occasions, police could assert ahead of the media that there is a powerful case against the accused that the accused had acknowledged, along with other items.

The court is hearing a PIL filed by H Nagabhushan Rao, a Bengaluru-based urge.
