Tezpur: The magnitude 3.1 earthquake was reported near Assam’s Tezpur on Thursday, the National Seismology Center (NCS) said.
According to NCS, the earthquake occurred at 6.45.
Gupis earthquake is the southwest of Tezpur at a depth of 28 kilometers, said NCS.
