Guwahati: National President of BJP JP Nadda has directed Himanta’s minister Himanta Buswa Sarma and the president of the new state party appointed by Bhabesh Kalita to take vaccination Covid-19 as a mission and ensure the vaccination of all people over 18 years.
Nadda, who spoke at Assam BJP executive meeting on Tuesday, asked Kalita – which later on that day took over as head of BJP Country – to ensure that all party workers move in drive vaccination awareness throughout the state to remove doubts if still available.
Showed that Assam had done well in the drive of Covid vaccination, Nadda said: “A total of 2,300 inoculation centers have been established in the state and around 3.5 lakh vaccine doses are being given per day.
The state has been given 69 doses of lakh so far.
Assam has set Target to autoculate 2,25 crore people.
I want to thank the head of Minister Himanta Buswa Sarma for his efforts and hopes he is successful in achieving this target.
“He asked the state and party government to personally visit the hospital and ensure oxygen plants in each hospital The district before the third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic touched the country.
He said Assam under the leadership of CM Sarma had done it well in producing oxygen.
Nadda attacked the opposition and accused them of promoting vaccine doubts among people.
He said opposition leaders appeared during elections, not at the time of a pandemic to help the people.
The BJP National President requested CM Sarma to ensure the right implementation of the central scheme which was intended to reach part of the poor and marginalized.
He appealed to party workers to help the government in the distribution of free rations for every poor and marginalized country.
Nadda thanked Assam’s people for giving the party’s mandate for the second time by rejecting the ‘communal politics’ in the state.
He also thanked the former State Party President Ranjeel Kumar Dass to make the party win the assembly election.
