Bengaluru: Mason aged 25 years was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly killing his wife at his home.
Sayed Shakir, 25, a resident of Layout Chandra, allegedly stabbed his wife Ayesha baby, 20, to death and fled on Monday.
Shakir and Ayesha were married for six years.
The couple had two children and lived near Mrs.
Ayesha’s house.
Shakir, an alcoholic, has stopped working and depends on his in-laws for money, police said.
Shakir suspected his wife’s character and used to beat him every time he saw him talking to men in the neighborhood.
He fought him on a small problem before stabbing him.
