Chandigarh: The Punjab High Court and Haryana on Monday fired the Anticipatory Guarantee Plea submitted by the former Minister of Punjab and Senior Leader Shiromani Akali Dal (Sad) Bikram Singh Majithia in connection with drug cases.
Judge Lisa Gill from HC has passed this order after hearing the sound raised by all parties.

Majithia was ordered on December 20 under narcotics narcotics and psychotropic substances (NDPS) acting in the crime branch of Mohali State.

However, strongly opposed PLEA Bail Majithia, the Punjab government has referred to Niranjan Singh’s statement, former Directorate of Deputy Director of Deputy, Jagandhar, Punjab and Jagdish Singh alias Bihola, respectively recorded on December 22, 2021 and January 3, 2022, to submit That there are specific cutting materials, enough and clear to connect the applicant with violations as suspected.
