Bengaluru: A 51-year-old man was arrested and the 401-star turtle recovered from him on Monday night.
The defendant was Muthu Hamad Meera, a resident of Sivaganga, Tamil Nadu.
Kalipaliya police said he had brought turtles here to sell it, and 21 between 401 was dead and 20 illness.
