Bengaluru: A 25-year-old man from Karwar was being isolated and treated at Wenlock Hospital managed by the government in Mangaluru after he complained of fever, and fear he had contracted a nipah virus infection.

He has developed a fever and looked for a nipah virus infection through the internet and was afraid that he had contracted an infection.
He is technically not a suspected Nipah case.
This is a case of palpitations and anxiety with fear of nipah.
