Bengaluru: Minister of Home Karnataka Araga Jnanendra, Sunday visited the command hospital in Bengaluru and asked about the health of the Captain IAF Captain Varun Singh, who survived the Tamil Nadu Nadu Chopper Crash.
The IAF official informed on Saturday that Varun Singh’s condition continued to be ‘critical but stable.’ Jnanendra also met Singh’s parents.
On Thursday, Singh shifted to the Air Force Command Hospital in Bengaloru from Wellington’s military hospital for further treatment.
The recent group captain was given with Shakra Chakra by President of Ram Nath Kovind for his extraordinary actions.
Thirteen of the 14 people above the MI-17V5 helicopter, including the Head of India’s Indian Defense Staff (CD), his wife Madhulika was treated between those killed after falling on December 8.
Those who died in an accident, including the Head of the General Rumpat Defense Staff, his wife Madhulika Rawat, his defense advisor Brigadier Lakhbinder Singh Lidder, Lieutenant staff officer Colonel Harjinder Singh and nine other armed force personnel included the Air Force Helicopter crew.
