The Environment of Assam and Parimal Forest Minister Suklabaidya, in a written reply to the question of the ASIF Congress Legislator Mohammad Nazar on Wednesday, told the state assembly that the department concerned did not take advantage of the ‘Environmental License’ of the State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority (Seiaa)) along with ‘Approval for building’ and ‘authorization certificate’ from the state pollution control body to dispose of garbage in Chandrapur.
