Mohali: Former Minister of Manman Bikram Singh Majithia, who has been ordered in a drug case, is now facing the arrest as a Court of Mohali rejected its anxiety assurance application on Friday.
Majithia had moved a court on Thursday, after a round round released to him.
Additional Court District and Judge Sandeep Kumar Singla session stated that keeping all facts and gravity violations, it was not a fit case where the benefits of anticipatory guarantees could be given to the applicant.

Bhola stated that Pindi and Satta even came from Canada to attend Majithia’s wedding and stayed at her house in Amritsar.
Aulakh has claimed that Majithia introduced it to Satta and Pindi.
